My passion is working with adults and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, and in grief. I offer a warm, and emphatic approach and draw from a few modalities that best fit my clients` needs. I like to support them in relating to the parts of themselves that are hurting, so that they we can bring healing and find meaning in life.
