Board Member Bio
As president elect, Rosario A. Puga Dempsey, LMFT is dedicated to supporting the therapist community of the SCV Chapter. Her goal is to continue growing connections, offer more resources and create innovative solutions for the chapter. As the founder and owner of Life in Harmony Therapy Center for Healing and Hope, a group practice offering holistic mental health services to couples, individuals, and children her mission is to bring hope, compassion and healing. She has built a practice that specializes in supporting the transformation of the lifelong impact of grief, trauma, divorce/separation, and life transitions. Her passion is in helping Spanish-speaking and underserved communities find hope and build resiliency. Rosario enjoys time in nature and “walking the talk” as she grows her knowledge base and cultivates enriching relationships with others. Rosario hopes that her experience and passion for the field will be experienced by others.
