Personal Statement
I believe having experienced start-up life and entrepreneurship firsthand, I offer unique understanding, compassion and support to my clients. I also hope that by actively focusing on founders and those working in early stage start-ups that I can shift the conversation and culture to create more acceptance, understanding and prioritization of mental health and wellness for founders and people working in the Silicon Valley.
As a yoga teacher and practitioner I understand the body-mind connection, and facilitate transformation through the breath, mindfulness and presence, self-compassion, energy awareness, meditation, art, dreamwork, and the body. I combine elements of Western psychotherapy and current Neuroscience with Eastern wisdom traditions - to help you create balance, insight and well-being. I draw from 20+ years of Yoga and meditation background as well extensive training in traditional and current psychotherapy
