Personal Statement
I offer counseling for teens and adults. I specialize in couples and focus on quarter-life crisis (ages 25-35). My clients have described me as warm, grounded engaging and patient. I use evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EFT) derived from peer-reviewed research. I believe its critical that each one of us are really seen, heard and understood by someone. The fact is we all struggle and yet we can find the resilience to move forward and begin again. I became a therapist because of someone very close to me who struggled with mental illness and that experience has always stayed with me and informs my work to this day.
